4. La Mer
La Mer is a very new concept in Dubai and is full of entertainment and activities. It also includes its very own man-made beach. It is just north of Deira and old Dubai and combines a lovely beach with dining, entertainment and an indoor water park.
The beach is flat and broad and groomed several times a day to maintain its cleanliness. The water is warm and the waves are very mild as the beach is located on a bay protected by the development of the Pearl Jumeirah.
